SANTO DOMINGO (R. Dominicana).- Ocurrió hace casi un mes, pero la “discreción” con la cual el Gobierno del presidente Leonel Fernández maneja información que por su naturaleza es pública, impide que la población conozca oportunamente los frecuentes excesos en que las autoridades incurren.

La intervención del presidente Fernández ante la Asamblea el miércoles 23 y la reunión sobre el cambio climático en las primeras horas de la mañana del martes 22, son las únicas actividades oficiales realizadas durante un viaje que se extendió durante una semana.
